BAKERY MANAGER

SALARY:MARKET RELATED
- Ensure that quality products are freshly prepared and served timeously
- Managing department inventory
- Keep tabs on stock cost, maintain shrinkage and wastage
- Follow Company sales and production planning standards to ensure the department achieves the standards of performance outlined
- Bakery safety techniques and health standards are maintained
- Maintain existing recipes according to set standards
- New recipe standards
- Grade 12
- 7-10 years’ experience working as a Bakery Manager
- Formal training coupled with experience in baking ranging from bread, bread rolls, savoury rolls, cakes, scones, amongst other bakery recipes
- Attention to detail
- Leadership Skills
- Management Skills
- Good communication skills
