BAKERY MANAGER

LOCATION : DURBAN

SALARY:MARKET RELATED

  • Ensure that quality products are freshly prepared and served timeously
  • Managing department inventory
  • Keep tabs on stock cost, maintain shrinkage and wastage
  • Follow Company sales and production planning standards to ensure the department achieves the standards of performance outlined
  • Bakery safety techniques and health standards are maintained
  • Maintain existing recipes according to set standards
  • New recipe standards
  • Grade 12
  • 7-10 years’ experience working as a Bakery Manager
  • Formal training coupled with experience in baking ranging from bread, bread rolls, savoury rolls, cakes, scones, amongst other bakery recipes
  • Attention to detail
  • Leadership Skills
  • Management Skills
  • Good communication skills
